"I am very disappointed with the service I received from Chip Ott's office on my home damage claim. I have 3 cars and a home policy for the last 30+ years. Never needed to file any claim before but the first time I filed a home damage claim because of snowstorm damage to my roof. Now getting run around, they are finding all excuses not to approve the damage. I hired an independent 3rd party roofing contractor and he submitted all the details damage report by pointing out all the roof damage. This shows the true character of the company. They don't care about the customer and how to stand with the customer and provide the service and customer service commitment. State Farm is trying to find all excuses not to pay for the claim. All they want is to collect the monthly insurance premium. When notified by Chip Ott's office, they just did not want to intervene or take any interest in helping the client. CANCELING MY ALL POLICIES from State Farm. Bad experience after paying a premium for 30 years."
